BROLERN sintered plastic cartridges are produced in grades whose materials comply with GMP and FDA requirements. Moulds are complete and kept in house, and the process is stable and repeatable, so micro-pores stay evenly distributed across the part. The media resists acid and alkali corrosion and reaches filtration ratings down to 0.1 µm, mainly for filtration and silencing of air, water and oil.

The family is widely used in pneumatics, chemical processing, food and beverage, pharmaceutical and medical equipment, and environmental protection. Custom shapes are manufactured to customer drawings or samples.
