Powder metallurgy is the same process family behind our sintered filter media: metal powders pressed into a die and sintered into a solid part with a controlled porous structure. That makes it a natural extension for customers who need more than a cartridge - flow restrictors, porous bushings, diffusion elements and shaped components.
Parts are manufactured to customer drawing in stainless, bronze and iron-based powders. Dimensional accuracy, permeability and strength are tuned through powder grade, compaction and sintering profile - send us the drawing and the duty, and we will quote the process.
