Sintered filter cartridges are formed by sintering metal or non-metal powders - stainless steel, bronze, titanium and more - into a self-supporting micro-porous structure. Because the pores are built during sintering rather than machined afterwards, the media withstands high temperature, pressure and corrosion while keeping a uniform, controllable pore distribution.
Material, rating and shape are all customisable: the same process family covers our bronze, stainless steel and PVF cartridge lines and extends to application-specific media. Share your medium, temperature and required rating - we will propose the powder, the grade and the geometry.
